support equipment can also be provided according to requirements of user. In host machine, grinding roller module hangs on roller suspender through cross shaft. Roller suspender, main shaft, and shovel blade shelf connect fixedly. Pressure spring is on the outside face of boom of grinding roller bearing chamber; it takes cross shaft as support to let grinding roller pressure closely against surface of inner circle of grinding ring.

When motor drives main shaft through gearing, the shovel blade on shovel blade shelf and grinding roller turn synchronously; while grinding roller turns within the inner circle of grinding ring, it rotates. When motor drives impeller of analyzer to turn through gearing, the faster the speed is, the finer the separated particle is.

Working principle:

The motor drives the belt pulley and the belt pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, and make the moving jar approach and leave the fixed jaw periodically, to crush, rub and grind the materials repeatedly, thus to make the material slower and slower and gradually fall down and finally discharge from the discharge opening.
