Sand Making Machine

Sand Making Machine is a new crusher that our artificers had studied for several years based on the experience and the principle of Bamake Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher. It is widely used on crusher, and by now it have replaced the hammer crusher, the vs-roller crusher, the stick mill. The machine have been the main machine in sand making industry.

Application:

Sand Making Machine is mainly applied for the crushing of materials with rigidity such as mining stone, cement fire-resistant materials, bauxite，carborundum, glass material and so on. Moreover it is widely used in cushing of stone amd metallurgy. Compared with other cushers, it has higher capacity and lower power.

Operation principle:

The supplies are falling into the whirling impeller of high speed vertically by the top of the machine, under high-speed centrifugal function, the supplies shunted with another part around the impeller in the form of the umbrella produce at a high speed, striking and crushing. Supplies which not bumping into each other, can form vortex striking with each other between impeller and chassis. The crushed materials will be discharged from the underpart directly, forming a lot of circulation of closed path. They will be sieved by the equipment and reaches the grain size of finished product required.
